My approach to training might look a little different than most trainers. I not only want to give you the tools you need to reach your health and fitness goals, but I want you to walk away being able see how powerful and capable you are of making changes in all aspects of life.

Initial Assessment
Before I create a training and nutrition plan for you, we will discuss:
Your goals, any health issues/limitations, current fitness level, your schedule, and equipment availability.
The more I can get to know you, the better I can create your plan.
Custom Training Program
I will tailor your workouts to fit your goals, schedule, lifestyle, and equipment available.
Progressive training phases to keep you moving forward.
Personalized Nutrition Plan
Nutrition approach may vary depending on your individual needs or your relationship with food. This will be individual to you so it is something we will go over in your initial assessment.
Motivation & Accountability
Access to my app where you can track all of your progress so you can have full accountability. ( I can see everything you track ).
Weekly Email check-ins so I can keep you accountable and make adjustments as needed.
Instructional videos with each workout so you always know correct form.
If you ever have any form questions, you can send them to me for analysis.
I’m Here For You
Direct communication access to me ( during operating hours).
If you have equipment changes, or other life events that causes you to need a program adjustment, I got you.
